Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. We are looking for support with household tasks including laundry, coordinating with house cleaner, checking mail/packages, going grocery shopping, meal prepping, running errands, etc! This is a temporary position that we will need only until end of March.
Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the residence.
- Assist with personal assistant duties, including scheduling appointments and managing daily activities.
- Grocery shopping and meal prep as needed
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage procurement as needed.
- Laundry
- Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within hospitality or property management settings.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 15 per week
