Caregiver

We are looking for self-starter, goal-oriented person(s) with good communication skills and an open mind and heart. We would love for you to join our family like atmosphere workplace for your employment. Rate of pay starting at $17.00 per hour DOE. You will get a review/raise after 90 days of employment: a performance review at 6 months, then yearly raise depending on performance review.

 No experience, we will train you.

 Must be at least 18 years old.

 Valid ODL/ reliable transportation/ Current insurance (needed for Day shift)

 CPR/First Aid (can be obtained after hire)

 Other training and certifications can be obtained once hired.

Duties of the caregiver position:

 Housekeeping/ laundry (for the house & assist the clients with theirs)

 Meal Prep/cooking/ Follow Diet needs set by PCPs for each client

 Medication administration (On the job training)

 Assist clients with everyday living tasks. Encourage and cue residents to get their daily hygiene done. Along with keeping their space "room” clean etc.

 Help Clients with their house chore.

 Transport to/from medical appointments (advocating for them) & Transport clients to & from preferred outings (movies, swimming, YMCA, outdoor walks, etc.)

 Accurate Documentation. Again, on the job training.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
