Beyond Commercial is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Solutions Manager to work directly with our CEO, playing a vital role in nurturing leads, engaging prospects, and ensuring smooth transactions while she focuses on strategic direction for our clients and our organization. This role is heavily focused on lead nurturing, leveraging AI tools like ReSquared to engage and track potential clients, and ensuring follow-ups happen at the right time.


This is a part-time role with hours spread across five days a week, and we’re flexible on the schedule as long as it’s consistent. The role includes a mix of desk-based work and fieldwork, with time spent following up on leads, meeting clients, conducting property showings, and checking on listings.


You will work in person with the CEO at least once a week, typically on Mondays for our production meeting.

What You’ll Be Doing


This role blends lead nurturing, fieldwork, and desk-based responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on prospect engagement and follow-ups.


🔹 Lead Nurturing & Prospect Engagement – Managing and following up with leads consistently, utilizing AI tools like ReSquared to track, engage, and optimize outreach

🔹 Client Solutions & Relationship Management – Acting as a point of contact for clients, keeping them updated, and ensuring their needs are met, while working as part of a team where everyone stays informed to provide the highest level of service

🔹 Tenant & Buyer Representation Support – Assisting business owners in finding the right space through property tours and market research

🔹 Conducting Property Showings & Site Visits – Touring properties with prospects and checking on listings

🔹 Listing Support & Outreach – Ensuring our listings are actively marketed and conducting follow-ups with interested parties

🔹 Deal Coordination & Transaction Management – Working closely with the transaction coordinator and project management team to ensure contracts, deadlines, and paperwork are handled smoothly

🔹 Marketing & Exposure – Working with our marketing team to showcase listings and occupier services

🔹 Market Research & Analysis – Preparing Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and gathering key insights

🔹 Business Development Assistance – Helping the CEO cultivate and manage client relationships


This role requires someone who excels at engaging with leads, enjoys follow-up and nurturing conversations, and is comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency.


Work Structure & Collaboration

Hybrid Role – Mixture of remote work, fieldwork, and in-office meetings

Part-Time Role (with Some Hours Across 5 Days a Week) – We can be flexible on the schedule as long as it’s consistent

In-Person with CEO at Least Once a Week – Typically on Mondays for our production meeting

Heavily Focused on Lead Nurturing – Managing and optimizing outreach with AI tools like ReSquared

Directly Supporting the CEO – Ensuring she can focus on high-level strategic direction for our clients and our organization

Coordinating with the Transaction Coordinator & Project Management Team – Keeping deals on track and moving forward

Who We’re Looking For

✔️ Minimum of a Florida real estate sales associate license (Required)

✔️ At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or B2B sales

✔️ Confident communicator – You can build relationships and earn trust quickly

✔️ Comfortable with a Mix of Desk & Fieldwork – Some weeks are more research-heavy, while others require being out in the field frequently
