We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Front desk Assistant to join our team.
Looking for a front desk person who is detail oriented (bilingual Spanish A ). This position includes, scheduling appointments, contacting patients, and general customer services. This person must have:
- Great customer service and phone skill required
- Ability to interact effectively with patients, administration, providers, and staff is a must
- Medical billing knowledge
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain efficient workflow and support overall clinic administrative processes and functions.
2. Communication
· Maintain effective oral and written communication skills by practicing active listening and responding appropriately to questions or written communications.
· Answer and process incoming calls courteously and professionally.
3. Clinic Management
· Greet patients as they come in.
· Provide new patients the new patient packet for completion.
· Process chart for pre-registration, room the patient and complete the necessary intake and document in clinic EHR.
