Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Beyond Dental is looking for a full-time front desk receptionist to join our fast-growing multispecialty office that specializes in general dentistry, orthodontics, pediatrics, and oral surgery. Work Schedule

Patient hours: Tuesday-Saturday (9:00am-5:00pm)

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

· Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)

· Basic computer literacy

· Must have access to reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

· Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

· Dental terminology: 1 year (Preferred)

· Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

· Establish rapport with patients and parents

· Excellent communication (required)

· Schedule patients

*** Experience with Medicaid & PPO

· Answer/Make calls/emails/texts

· Experience with Open Dental

· Provide patients with treatment plans

· Flexibility in helping where needed and multitasking

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
