Position Overview:
As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans, supervise behavior technicians, and work closely with families and other professionals to provide high-quality, evidence-based services.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and train RBTs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
- Track and analyze data to inform treatment planning
- Maintain ethical and professional standards aligned with BACB guidelines
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental delays
- Strong communication and leadership skills
