Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in providing patient care, supporting the development of essential skills, and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records related to client progress and treatment plans.
• Educate clients and their families on strategies to enhance learning and development.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to develop care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Monitor client behavior and report any changes or concerns to the supervising BCBA.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in special education and behavioral techniques.

Experience

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism is preferred.
• Experience in special education or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $14.00 - $23.00 per hour
