You are:

• Gifted in speaking plain language about technology and software
• Able to automate data movements and other repetitive tasks
• A quick learner who is easily able to adapt to new systems
• Easily excited by terms like OAuth, Rest API, cloud computing, and data visualization
• Invigorated by the thought of keeping things organized and efficient
• Energized and passionate about data security
• Known for your amazing problem-solving skills
• Intermediate in your Python, SQL, and HTML/CSS skills
• A professional with 3 or more years of practical, hands-on software/programming experience
• Experienced using data visualization tools like Zoho, Tableau, and PowerBI
  
  

You will be:

• Improving and maintaining the company’s software infrastructure
• Problem solving issues that occur across a variety of systems and applications
• Developing new tools and automations to systematize processes
• Optimizing existing data processes and pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce latency
• Programming needed internal and external integrations, APIs, data microservices, and ETL pipelines
• Writing interfaces to public data sets to enrich our analytics data stores
• Managing user access to our systems for internal employees and external clients
• Model, design, develop, test, and implement the appropriate backend and front-end data structures needed to meet business visualization and reporting requirements
• Working with Enterprise Data Analysts team to clarify functional requirements, create technical documentation, and to align business requirements with reporting and analytical solutions
• Interacting with external clients to gather/develop functional and technical requirements and translating them into reporting solutions
• Responsible for the full life cycle of development, from requirements gathering through data transformation coding and report/dashboard design and creation
• Building/supporting dashboards created using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, or Zoho Analytics
• Integrating dashboards with backend data models, building aggregate data models, and managing the data flow to reflect in dashboards to meet business requirements
• Managing custom-designed survey campaigns from launch to completion
• Refining the web design of survey tools, making minor edits to HTML/CSS
• Creating logic in surveys to direct survey takers to the right questions
• Creating data flows between our survey platform, Salesforce.com, and reporting systems
• Using Excel to manage and prepare email lists for surveys
• Building and owning a culture of DevOps and Quality Assurance
• Documenting code, framework standards, and processes
• Building internal reports for management and documenting It-related activities
• Continuing to develop and maintain key infrastructure systems to make our business run smoothly

Our work-from-home policy requires the following remote work capabilities: You must work from your primary residence that is located within 35 miles of our office. You must have reliable internet service at your home (minimum speed of 10MB download/5MB upload). You must have a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.

Job Type: Full-time 7am-4pm Monday through Friday (work-from-home position - must live within 35 miles of our office)
