The IT Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the procurement process for IT-related products and services, as well as overseeing vendor and contract management.
This role involves working closely within IT and other departments, to understand their requirements, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and developing and maintaining vendor
relationships. The IT Procurement Officer will also handle contract negotiations, renewals, and performance monitoring to ensure compliance and optimal service delivery.

Your Mission
- Define and implement IT procurement, vendor and contract management processes
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and understand their IT procurement needs and requirements
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with vendors
- Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing
- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information
- Assist in budget planning and cost management for IT procurement
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed procurement decisions
Your Story:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT procurement or a similar role
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Adequate English language proficiency, both written and spoken
- Excellent teamwork skills
