Drive Growth : Outreach Manager Opportunity!

Join us as the Outreach Manager of Cleveland as we expand mental health services for adolescents, young adults, and teens throughout the State of Ohio!

POSITION PURPOSE : The Outreach Manager oversees all aspects of community engagement, patient referral coordination, and relationship building for Beyond Healthcare in a specific market. This position will build rapport and facilitate coordination of care for improved client service delivery and sustained financial performance of their assigned site

Schedule : This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. Remote or in-person as needed. Cleveland Ohio Region. About 75% of time is spent traveling on the road and networking.

SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO POSITION :

The Outreach Manager will assist in driving company growth by pursuing and maintaining community relationships to facilitate and improve client service delivery and sustain financial performance. It is estimated that each Outreach Manager will be responsible for generating a goal of 16 admissions per month to each facility within their region and an estimated goal of 40 completed assessments per month at each facility that encompasses assessments for all BHC programs.

Networking

  • Maintain consistent contact with emergency rooms within assigned territory and document in the CRM
  • Obtain at least 30 touches per week to non-hospital accounts (phone calls, emails, visits, brochure drop-offs, networking events) and add these accounts to the email list serve or CRM
  • Present to at least 1 group per month or hold 1 higher level meeting per month regarding a strategic partnership
  • Attend 1 CEU workshop per month to network with providers (choose subjects that lean toward adolescent care in the catchment area) and put out brochures on lunch table, talk to attendees
  • Responsible for building relationships in the community
  • Responsible for stimulating census growth by educating the referral community on the agency's services and gaining admissions to agency programs
  • Represents the agency at community events and creating partnerships that are mutually beneficial
  • Networks to build agency's exposure and brand
  • Utilize client-centered approach when networking to keep the clients at the center of our focus
  • Maintain customer relationship database to document marketing strategies, contacts completed, future call objectives and relevant notes
  • Provide summary to supervisor on networking efforts

Web-Based & Marketing Activities :

The Outreach Manager could be responsible for the coordination of one marketing project as time allows. Project areas could include digital listings, website, graphic design, print materials, social media accounts, ads, CRM coordination lead, and CTM coordination lead. Activities may include :

  • Create and assist in maintaining engaging content for all digital and print marketing materials for the agency
  • Enhance brand awareness in special events, community partnerships, and other innovative approaches to increase reach through marketing
  • Assist in management of digital listings
  • Assist in management of CRM and or CTM related tasks
