About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Innovation and Technology Director to oversee all technological and innovative initiatives at Beyond pertaining to hardware, software, and ERP integration across Beyond’s group of companies. This role is critical in driving technological advancement and ensuring our systems, processes, and products remain at the forefront of the industry. The successful candidate will manage technology infrastructure, and work closely with senior leadership to identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency through technology integration. At the same time a stellar in project management and hands-on in managing the company’s technology operations and the implementation of new ERP and Technology systems and policies.
An excellent Innovation and Technology Director is very knowledgeable and up to date with information technology, computer systems – hardware, software, apps new innovation trends as well as AI. The successful candidate will have a solid technical background and experience in creating and implementing technology policies and systems that will meet Beyond’s goals and objectives.
Responsibilities

- Manage all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals
- Devise and establish technology and innovation policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
- Support the integration of advanced hardware technologies and software systems - e.g., ERP, to optimize productivity and improved processes.
- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
- Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
- Control budget and report on expenditure
- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Innovation and Technology Director or similar role
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of ERP and IT systems and their specifications
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, VOIP, etc.
- Experience in controlling information technology budget
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus

Employment Type
Regular Full-time Exempt.
Pay Range
$125k - $140k annually.
