What You’ll Do:
- Prep ingredients (wash, chop, portion) and assist in cooking tasks
- Follow recipes to ensure consistency and high-quality dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work alongside talented chefs and kitchen staff
- Participate in training to refine your culinary skills
- Contribute to a positive and energetic kitchen environment
- Follow food handling and sanitation guidelines
- Properly store and label ingredients
- Assist with kitchen clean-up and organization
- Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages
- Help reduce food waste through portion control
- Rotate stock for freshness
Experience: At least 1 year in a kitchen setting
Skills: Basic cooking techniques and food prep knowledge
Attitude: Team player with a willingness to learn
Work Ethic: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Safety Conscious: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
