What You’ll Do:
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests within 2 minutes of being ready
- Double check each plate for accuracy, completeness, and presentation
- Communicate with expo, servers, and managers - proactively and clearly
- Keep your station clean, organized and fully stocked
- Help polish silverware and trays, and assist team members as needed
- Greet guests warmly and ensure every dish is delivered with a smile
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Complete all opening, service, and closing duties with consistency and care
Experience: Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Skills: Strong communication, speed, and attention to detail
Attitude: Energetic, proactive, and team-focused
Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and committed to cleanliness
Guest-First: You understand that every plate is a guest experience
