Receptionist

ABOUT THE POSITION:
As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a warm, professional, and smooth experience for everyone who walks through our doors or contacts our office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and route phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area
- Provide general administrative support as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
