Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our HOSPICE / HOME HEALTH team as a visit RN . The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a diverse skill set to provide comprehensive medical services.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in home/facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Hospice Md, Well Sky and Home health Md.
- Specialize in areas such as dementia care and patients with terminal illness and other specific patient populations as needed
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; )
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as an RN in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in various medical procedures, including phlebotomy, triage and sterile processing
-IV Experience preferred
- Experience working in diverse healthcare settings such as home health and hospice
Skills
-Fluent in Spanish, English
