Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including pediatrics, ICU, and ER. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Perform basic life support and emergency response as needed.
• Conduct assessments of patients’ conditions, including tube feeding and catheterization.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in health coaching initiatives to promote wellness among patients.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of anatomy and basic nursing procedures.
• Experience or training in pediatrics, ICU, or ER settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in suture techniques and basic life support certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care and advocating for patients’ needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
