What You’ll Be Doing: Lead Generation & Prospecting – You’ll be the first point of contact, using calls, emails, social media, and events to find new opportunities and spark interest in our services.
Qualifying Leads – You’ll engage with prospects, understand their needs, and determine whether they’re a good fit for our solutions.
Sales Outreach – Outbound calls, messages, and emails will be your go-to tools for driving sales.
Pipeline Management – Stay on top of leads in our CRM and ensure prospects move smoothly through the pipeline.
Booking Appointments – You’ll set up meetings for our sales team to close the deal and make things happen.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales directors and your team to refine strategies and get the best results.
Data Reporting – Track your activity to ensure you're hitting your targets and staying on top of your game.
Continuous Learning – We provide ongoing training to help you grow, sharpen your skills, and stay ahead in the industry.
What We’re Looking For: Sales or Customer-Facing Experience – Whether it’s in retail, customer service, or another sales role, we love experience! (Bonus points if you’ve got 1 years under your belt!)
Strong Communication Skills – You can connect with anyone, whether over the phone, email, or social media.
People Person – Building relationships comes naturally to you.
Tech-Savvy – You’re comfortable using tools like CRM, Outlook and Google and are always up for learning new software.
Self-Starter – You’re motivated to hit goals and love the challenge of a fast-paced environment.
Organized – You’ve got an eye for detail and can keep track of your leads without breaking a sweat.
Positive Vibes – Rejection? No problem. You learn, adjust, and come back stronger.
Degree or Experience – Whether you've got a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, we’re open to what you bring to the table.
