This is a part-time position, and we are seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others and a strong work ethic.

What We’re Looking For
Our ideal Front Office Assistant is:

- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You’ll be responsible for managing a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency, from answering phones to managing paperwork.
- Multitasker: You’ll need to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Dependable: We rely on you to show up on time, ready to work, and assist with whatever is needed on any given day.
- Team Player: We’re looking for someone who works well with others and can jump in to help when needed.
- Self-Starter: You must be proactive, take initiative, and be able to handle tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Answering multiline phones and directing calls appropriately
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Collecting co-payments and verifying insurance
- Understanding of insurance and how deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance apply
- Responding to clinic text messages and emails
- Filing, sending faxes, and maintaining spreadsheets
- Assisting the director and team with various administrative tasks
- Communicating with families and staff to ensure a smooth clinic experience
- Other duties as assigned by the team
Qualifications
- Experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with office software and phone systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Dependable and reliable
- Knowledge of insurance is a major plus
