Beyond Pastry Studio is a Filipino-inspired bakery rooted in culture, creativity, and community. We’re hiring a part-time baker who's got real kitchen experience to join our weekday morning team. Someone reliable, focused, and ready to start their day before sunrise.
Position Details
Shift: Early mornings, starting at 4:00 AM
Part-Time Hours: 18-30 hours/week
Starting Pay: $18/hr and up, depending on experience
Weekends and major holidays OFF
Who We’re Looking For:
Has prior commercial baking or kitchen experience (not home-based or hobby baking)
Available to start shifts at 4 AM on weekdays
Has a dependable mode of transportation to Downtown (no delays or no-shows)
Can lift 50 lbs and stand for full shifts
Works with care, speed, and strong attention to detail
Willing to provide references.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Bake breads and laminated pastries consistently
Proof doughs correctly and on schedule
Apply toppings, glazes, and finishing touches accurately
Cut, decorate, and assemble tarts, cakes, and other menu items
Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work area
Manage time effectively to stay on production schedule
Follow kitchen flow, communicate clearly, and work neatly under pressure.
