Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of orders within our distribution center. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, as well as a solid understanding of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks safely and efficiently.
• Utilize RF scanners for accurate order picking and inventory management.
• Inventory control and record keeping
• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and storage areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges.
• Follow all safety protocols while handling mechanical equipment and materials.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is essential.
• Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Experience with order picking processes using RF scanners is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
