Print Finisher

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finisher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the final stages of production, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. This position requires a blend of technical skills and artistic sensibility, making it perfect for individuals with a background in graphic design or machining.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess finished products for quality control, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
• Utilize various finishing techniques such as retractables, sewing, grommeting, heat bends, weeding RTA, lamination, mounting and fabrication to enhance product appearance and functionality.
• Operate and maintain finishing equipment
• Collaborate with the design team to implement typography and graphic design elements effectively into the final product.
• Conduct thorough inspections throughout the finishing process to identify any defects or areas for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency in production.

Experience

• Proven experience in graphic design or related fields is preferred, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite being a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with print techniques is beneficial, along with knowledge of machining processes.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
