POSITION: Marketing Assistant
CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time | 20 hrs per week
REPORTS TO: Marketing Director
The Marketing Assistant will work closely with our Marketing Director to ensure the marketing for Beyond and its agents are met in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate is a self-starting and motivated individual with a creative yet analytical flair, who enjoys thinking outside the box and sharing their knowledge with others. The candidate should be charismatic with high energy and enthusiasm for social media, creative concepts, and helping our agents grow their business.
The Marketing Assistant ensures compliance of all advertising rules. They should have a pulse on real estate marketing trends and an eye for design. Marketing Assistant:
- Assist with designing digital and print marketing materials for Beyond Realty and it’s agents
- Create E-newsletter content/layout
- Assist with video content
- Write blog content
- Pull market stats
- Assist with social content creation (graphics, videography, etc.)
- Document editing/creation
- Assist with assembling binders for agents
- Assemble relocation bags maintain inventory of materials
- Assist with event planning and execution; coordinate RSVP’s & group reservations
- Running errands – picking up marketing orders and event items
- Cross train and serve as back-up to the Marketing Director as needed
- Manage timelines and deadlines
- Agent interaction and follow up
- Attend sales meetings
- Attend tour for social media content
- Assist with website updates
Qualifications
- Creative skills with a variety of graphic design and video editing tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Strong multi-tasking, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention-to-detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Providing Marketing Director with information vital to the decision-making process
- Recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
- Knowledge and understand of all Real Estate Advertising rules and regulations
