The culture is social, team driven and aspirational.Due to growth, they are now looking for an experienced project manager to take on a portfolio of clients.Key aspects of the role include : Establish the project through appointing consultants, producing feasibility studies, monitoring all statutory processes and advising on procurement options.Project manage the construction phase, having responsibility for QA / risk, financial reporting, budget management / cost control, programming, defects list, remedial works and various project reports.Manage stakeholders and conduct and / or chair meetings.As a project manager, you will need to come from a project management consultancy. You have 4 years of NZ based experience with involvement on projects across industries such as aged care, high rise residential, health and education. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Building Science is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude, and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment.
