We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in McKinney. Candidates will need to have a broad knowledge of all lines of personal insurance and be detailed-oriented with accurate data entry experience.
Responsibilities include :
- Market new and renewal business - complete Acord applications and generating
- summaries of insurance / policy schedules.
- Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and request appropriate changes from
- carriers; attach policies, endorsements and correspondence in EPIC
- Interact daily with clients, underwriters, and brokers by phone / email
- Invoicing in agency management system (EPIC) and assist clients with billing issues
- Utilize carriers online rating programs; access their system daily for policy / endorsement
- issuance / changes; process downloads from the carrier
- Run Replacement Cost Estimates (MSB); Process Inspection Reports
