Role Overview :
As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be a key player in supporting and improving our Salesforce environment. You will help ensure that all users—from sales reps to marketing and operations teams—are able to get the most out of Salesforce by assisting with record creation, troubleshooting, building reports, and helping teams navigate the platform to find critical data. Reporting directly to our Senior Sales Ops Admin, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to keep Salesforce running smoothly and efficiently. O nly Utah based candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities :
- Training & User Support : Provide hands-on training for new users, guide them on finding records, building reports, and using Salesforce effectively. Troubleshoot issues and ensure users have the tools to succeed.
- Reporting & Analytics : Maintain and clean reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Train users on report creation and KPI tracking to support workflows.
- Salesforce Configuration : Assist with minor updates such as creating fields, adjusting layouts, and streamlining workflows to meet team needs. Ensure Salesforce configuration aligns with evolving business processes.
- Sales Enablement : Support tools for data enrichment and sales automation. Ensure proper data syncing between Salesforce and other sales tools, aiding the Sales team in prospecting and pipeline management.
- Administrative & Seasonal Updates : Provide general Salesforce administration, execute routine updates, and prepare for new releases or feature rollouts.
- Knowledge Base Development : Create and maintain user-friendly documentation, FAQs, and step-by-step guides to help users resolve common issues independently.
- Ad-Hoc Support : Assist with special projects, feature configurations, and workflow improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
