General Purpose
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategic
business initiatives of the company. This role develops, monitors, and evaluates overall corporate strategy with the Chairman & CEO and
the senior management team, with an emphasis on bottom-line performance, working capital, enhancing shareholder value, robust
financial planning and analysis, risk management, and compliance with financial regulations, to support the Quanta Standard's growth
and innovation in the national defense and private sectors. Due to the nature of the functions and information managed, a TS / SCI
clearance is required.
