Starting Rate: $22-23 per hour
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, security, and safety of assigned facilities. This role includes supervising custodial staff, managing daily operations, providing training, and maintaining compliance with agency policies and procedures. The Custodial Supervisor will promote a high standard of professionalism and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all students, staff, and visitors.

- Proficiency in modern custodial practices and the use of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective communication with team members, staff, and management.
- Understanding of safety regulations and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Preferred: Previous supervisory experience
Minimum: High School Diploma, or equivalency. Two years of custodial or building maintenance experience, preferably in a school or public sector environment.
Valid driver's license in good standing, current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.
Salary : $22 - $23
