Starting Salaary $68,250 Annually

SUMMARY OF DUTIES
The IRA Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and daily operations of assigned Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRAs). This role ensures the effective implementation of residential programs, compliance with regulatory standards, and the delivery of high-quality services that promote the well-being, independence, and personal growth of individuals receiving support. The IRA Manager provides leadership to staff, maintains operational excellence, and fosters an inclusive and supportive environment. Additionally, the Manager serves as a liaison to families, community partners, and relevant stakeholders.

- Ability to maintain AMAP certification and successfully complete required agency training.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in the Human Services field, or certification as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP). 1-2 years of supervisory experience in human services, and 3 years minimum of residential experience
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in the Human Services field, or certification as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), and 1 year minimum of residential experience.
Valid New York State driver’s license in good standing, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
