What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Employment Specialist position at Beyond Support Network?
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Flexible Schedule, Hybrid Position
Starting Rate of Pay: $19.54 per hour, negotiable based on education and years of experience
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
The Senior Employment Specialist provides individualized job development, work skills training and supervision to individuals receiving services in a community-based work setting.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Special Education or other closely related developmental disabilities field. Experience with developmentally disabled adults preferred.
Valid New York State driver’s license in good standing, New York automobile insurance, and a reliable motor vehicle required.
