Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

As a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of the manufacturing operations to drive productivity and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling, including releasing jobs to engineering and the production floor
• Help with quotes, processing orders, and invoices
• Help receiving and materials handling on the production floor
• Help expedite orders and materials, work on the “hotlist” of raw materials
• Help collect data, organize, and distribute reports to various stakeholders.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in operations management, business, accounting, or a related field. Will also consider prior experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with software applications and computers.

Salary:

$20.00 – 22.50 per hour
