Beyond The Glory Sports Bar and Grill in Petaluma, CA is looking for a bartender/server to join our team. We are located at 1371 N McDowell Blvd. Suite 130. Our ideal candidate is friendly, customer service orientated, attentive, fast paced, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers
- Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
- Keeping bar stocked
- Cleaning the bar, washing glasses and wiping down surfaces
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Answer phones
- Knowledge of weekly specials/rotating beer
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Fast paced and a strong work ethic
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior bartending experience
