- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for service crews when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the system with relevant details.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth communication and job scheduling when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and following up on service requests.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Comfortable answering phone calls and speaking with customers daily.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – professional email etiquette is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous in fast-paced environments.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
