Beyond Wellness is an interdisciplinary clinic where we specialize in Primary Care, Pediatrics, Midwifery, Behavioral Health, Chiropractic, Dietician and ABA therapy for children with autism. We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children, infants, and their families in Las Vegas, Nevada. We have officially opened our second clinic and are looking for passionate and dedicated BCBAs and RBTs to help us continue to grow our inaugural center and beyond.
Position Summary:

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients.
You will work closely with families and children, utilizing ABA data-driven strategies to foster growth and development. In this role, you will also mentor and train therapists, collaborate with clinical supervisors, and be part of a supportive team that values your expertise as a BCBA.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
- Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update them regularly
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans using ABA principles
- Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
- Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
- Conduct Family Guidance meetings and maintain open communication with families
- Train and lead a team of RBTs daily to deliver high-quality ABA services
- Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using standardized tools
- Consistently provide 30 treatment hours per week for your clients
- Create discharge and transition plans for children on your caseload
Requirements:
- BCBA certification given by the BACB
- Nevada State License
- Experience working with children with autism
