In September 2021, we joined Levi Strauss & Co., one of the world’s largest brand-name apparel companies and a global leader in jeanswear. Beyond Yoga operates as a standalone brand with the benefit of LS&Co.’s global capabilities to help it achieve its goals of brand-building, store opening, category expansion and distribution.
You will help grow Beyond Yoga’s community and creator programs, both a top priority for BY’s marketing teams. You will manage many of the daily operations that help us to build creator relationships, acquire great content and provide branded experiences. Additionally, you will help grow our Club Beyond franchise, our in-person community events around the country – some travel is required. You have the opportunity to help scale an already successful program, contribute insights and champion activations.
About The Job
- Deep interest and knowledge of the social media industry including trends and platform innovation
- Passion for the wellness, fitness and fashion industries
- Build creator and partner relationships
- Build creator, fitness ambassador and KOL contact database
- Research and identify important and trending influencers / creators that align with the brand positioning and marketing goals
- Outreach to potential influencers and partners weekly to participate in product seeding
- Maintain product inventory and fulfill product seeding to creators and partners.
- Monitor social for influencer mentions and tags
- Help deliver monthly reports including partnership recaps, campaign summaries / insights; opportunity to present and share ideas with wider team
- Help create and organize internal documents including influencer media kits, media briefs, talent rosters, rate sheets, etc.
- Evaluate content from creators and deliver applicable feedback
- Support community events by assisting in attendee outreach, building Eventbrite pages and onsite attendance.
- Occasional administrative responsibilities including managing team meetings, compiling and circulating meeting notes
- You will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager
About You
This is a hybrid position that can be based in our Culver City, CA headquarters or New York, NY office. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $51,400-$80,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
