We are seeking a proactive Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This role will primarily focus on sourcing and production, acting as a key partner to the Sourcing team to ensure the efficient creation, management, and execution of global bulk purchase orders (POs). The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the PO lifecycle, from initial setup to delivery, ensuring cost efficiency, production, and effective collaboration across teams. This role reports to our Production Manager at our Distribution Center in Commerce, CA.
About The Job
The expected starting salary range for this role is $42,000- $58,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.

About The Job
- End-to-end PO Management
- Partner closely with the Sourcing team to create and manage Global bulk POs in alignment with production strategies and seasonal allocations.
- Work with Sourcing to monitor and adjust POs based on vendor capacity, material availability, and production lead times.
- Ensure PO creation reflects actual fabric needs and consumption patterns for better forecasting and resource management.
- Work with Sourcing and Production teams to resolve any issues related to production delays, changes in quantities, or unanticipated production costs.
- Seasonal Booking & Weekly Production Tracking:
- Establish and maintain a clear workflow cadence to manage booking of orders 2x per season, plus ongoing weekly tracking and follow-ups.
- Review received goods against POs and invoices to ensure three-way match, enabling accurate payment processing.
- Manage costing for all POs to ensure that purchases are processed efficiently and within budget, helping to control costs associated with the production of goods (COGS).
- Proactively manage exceptions to POs, including any updates needed for cost adjustments, PIW (Purchase Invoices) revisions, unit changes, or material substitutions.
- Product Data Management:
- Ensure initial style setup in RLM (Retail Lifecycle Management system), including accurate application of HTS codes, material specifications, and production requirements.
- Create and manage shipments within the RLM system to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Sourcing and logistics to track production and shipment progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 years of experience in order management, sourcing, or production planning, ideally within the fashion/retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost management, production processes, and supply chain systems (e.g., RLM or similar ERP systems).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and production timelines.
