If you are interested in joining our North America Customer Success Team in the future, you've come to the right place. We don't currently have any openings on our North America Customer Success Team, but we are always looking to build our talent pool for future opportunities!

Our North America Customer Success team at at Beyond is comprised of Customer Success Managers, Senior Customer Success Managers, and Strategic Customer Success Managers. Each are given the opportunity to be our customers' advocates to our product organization, while driving product adoption and satisfaction. As the world and travel landscape shift around us, this team leads the charge in executing our growth strategy by:

  • Driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for an assigned book of accounts, ensuring Beyond maintains its foothold as the market leader in the industry
  • Negotiating annual subscription renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Performing regularly scheduled executive business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure customer goals are being met
  • Training clients on the basics of revenue management and how to effectively use our tool to increase revenue
  • Analyzing customer performance data and making recommendations to ensure revenue growth
  • Forecasting and reporting on the health and risk of assigned accounts
  • Maintaining overall customer health through proactive relationship management with assigned accounts
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of Beyond's suite of products
  • Working with cross-functional teams to drive better collaboration and customer experience
  • Being the voice of the customer back to our Product team, communicating trending customer feedback and ideas
