Beyond20 is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Lead to manage IT and Audio-Visual (AV) support services for a DoD customer. This role will lead a team of technical professionals to maintain and operate a closed DoD network, ensuring continuity of service, compliance with DoD standards, and timely upgrades to improve system performance and integrity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service mindset, proven leadership abilities, and technical expertise to excel in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- IT and AV Management :
Oversee day-to-day operations of IT and AV systems, ensuring availability, security, and optimal performance.
Supervise and lead a team of IT and AV support staff.
Track project progress, work orders, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including IT operations and maintenance (O&M) projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document work professionally.
