We are seeking a diligent and resourceful General Maintenance Technician to ensure the campground's pristine environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the campground
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
Grounds Maintenance:
- Clear snow and ice during winter months (if applicable)
- Assist with landscaping projects, such as planting flowers and shrubs
Building Maintenance:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on campground buildings, including electrical repairs, painting, and minor carpentry work
- Clean and maintain restrooms and shower facilities
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on buildings and equipment
Campsite Maintenance:
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the campground
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to campers
Minimum 5 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field required. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions essential.
