POSITION SUMMARY :
We are currently looking for a Client Partner responsible for all client interfaces of the assigned accounts / projects. The Client Partner works together with their manager to build an account plan and is responsible for the client management to ensure clients' business needs are met on time and in a satisfactory manner.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Client relationship management and business development : manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $10M, own the opportunity management cycle from prospect to close.
- Client delivery assurance : collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
- Account planning and governance : create and develop the account plan in coordination with the delivery and sales team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
