Hiring : Sr. Industry AI Solution Consultant – Redmond, WA (Hybrid) 🚀
We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep domain expertise and a passion for leveraging AI / Generative AI (GenAI) to solve industry-specific challenges. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, shaping strategic solutions, and guiding PoC development. This individual will act as a crucial bridge between clients, internal teams, and external partners to design and deliver groundbreaking AI / GenAI solutions that align with market trends and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications :
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, AI / ML, or a related field.
o Significant experience (5 years) in a client-facing, industry-focused role driving business solutions—preferably involving AI / ML or Generative AI.
o In-depth industry expertise in one or more verticals (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.), with a keen understanding of market challenges and opportunities.
o Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-pilot, Deep Seek).
o Ability to guide PoC development using AI / GenAI frameworks; strong conceptual understanding of AI lifecycles and solution architectures.
o Proven track record of presenting complex technical solutions to diverse audiences in English (and other relevant languages, if applicable).
o Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
o Demonstrable experience managing projects, collaborating across functions, and driving initiatives to completion on time and within scope.
o Comfortable working in a matrixed, global environment with distributed teams.
o Basic understanding of coding and development workflows (e.g., Python, AI / ML frameworks) is helpful but not required to be extensive.
o Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying scalable AI / GenAI solutions.
