JOB OVERVIEW:
This role demands a blend of business analysis, leadership and project management. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis and Documentation: Conduct indepth analysis of business processes and system functionalities. Develop comprehensive documentation to support understanding and decisionmaking.
- Dependency Tracking: Monitor and track dependencies across projects, understanding and documenting the impact of changes or delays. Ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place.
- Impact Analysis: Validate system functionality to assess impacts of issues, changes or new integrations, providing clear actionable steps for potential improvements, necessary adjustments and mitigation strategies while being able to prioritize the urgency and impact to our clients.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction through transparent, accurate, clear, and timely updates.
- Optimization: Actively seek and implement process or system changes to reduce costs, aligning desired project outcomes with without compromising quality.
- Strategic Contributions: Based on detailed analysis and understanding of the business and technical landscape, provide strategic inputs to the project and program plans, the backlog and various product roadmaps for the products included in assigned responsibilities.
- Leadership: While not responsible for the overall project and program plan, play a lead role in the assigned areas, ensuring project tasks are identified and tracked and that milestones and deliverables are met efficiently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 3 years in business analysis within a technology or consulting environment, with demonstrated skills in documentation, dependency management, and impact analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex systems and business processes, with a focus on continuity and efficiency. Strong problem solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated experience of engaging effectively with clients, stakeholders, and teams and developing strong interpersonal relationships.
- Project Management: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; certification preferred. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Adaptability:Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work with minimal supervision.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio (or similar).
- Previous consulting experience highly desired.
