POSITION SUMMARY :
We are currently hiring a System Software Engineer to support our global software client in Boise, ID. This role is technical in nature and the ideal candidate would benefit from experience in an ever-evolving R&D team culture. This position reports into the Customer Assurance (CA) department and will work with other various organizations to develop reporting tools for the CA team. This position focuses on bringing disparate data sources together to create an overall view / dashboard of customer escalations and where their issues are in the overall resolution lifecycle. This is a full-time, long-term position with day shift available working hybrid. You must reside locally to the client-site in Boise with a Monday through Friday work week.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Perform regular system maintenance (security updates / app updates / patches) as needed
- Maintain existing web-based reports.
- Create new reports or tools as requested against a priority list.
- Perform system testing as needed for bug fixes or enhancements.
