Founded in 2023, WareHQ Labs is a software company that was created to solve problems that have plagued the supply chain industry for far too long. The industry has a wide variety of disparate systems that rely on outdated integration requirements. WareHQ Labs is designed to address these issues; therefore, our clients hire us to increase the scalability of their operations. Our first product to solve this problem is briefli.ai.
The Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to support and evolve our recently launched Software as a Service (SaaS) product named briefli . This position will be responsible for designing new software features and user research. This is an opportunity to join a small, enthusiastic, and growing Product team within the larger organization. We are looking for a team member to own the design system and to have a heavy influence in regards to how the customer interacts with briefli .
Day to Day Responsibilities :
- Gain a deep understanding of the products we will be launching and coordinate with the product team to launch products that will be marketed to the transportation & logistics industries.
- Produce high fidelity design mockups and prototypes in tools such as Figma.
- Contribute to the evolution and health of our internal design systems and pattern libraries.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functions and user experience.
- Perform in person, on-site customer research as needed.
- Conduct and synthesize UX research and craft user surveys.
- Run usability testing sessions.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to draw the roadmap for the future of our company.
- Bring clarity to the software designs using collaboration tools such as Figma, Lucid, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Utilize data analytics from internal reporting dashboards to understand how users interact with the product.
