We’re a fast-growing wholesale brand in the luxury watch space, known for our precision-crafted
diamond bezels and same-day fulfillment. Our clients? Top jewelers and watch dealers across
the globe. Fast ops, in-stock inventory, and a ruthless commitment to quality.
We're hiring a Business Operations Manager to level up our backend. This is a critical
leadership role with direct exposure to the founders and a path to grow with the business.
What You’ll Own:

Supply Chain & Logistics: Oversee production timelines, vendor coordination,
shipping, and inventory accuracy. Supported by an operations associate.
●
E-Commerce Ops: Keep our Shopify engine running smoothly, dial in fulfillment
workflows, and sync with HubSpot for customer and sales visibility.
●
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, automate the boring stuff, and build
systems that scale.
●
Vendor & Partner Management: Support partners to ensure quality and consistency
across suppliers.
●
Data & Reporting: Build dashboards, track KPIs, and turn insight into action.
What You Bring:
●
Experience in e-commerce operations, ideally in luxury, jewelry, or high-touch
product businesses.
●
Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, HubSpot, and inventory management tools.
●
An obsession with clean processes, clear data, and operational excellence.
●
Strong leadership instincts and a track record of owning complex ops functions.
