Concierge Job Description
Location: All Seasons Naples, 14450 Tamiami Trail North, Naples, FL, 34110
The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of All Seasons Naples. The Concierge will be the first point of contact for guests and residents and will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests and residents with their needs, including making reservations, providing directions, and recommending local attractions
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest and resident needs are met
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
