We are looking to hire a Groundskeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for the physical condition of the property and grounds, as well as installation of plant material on the community grounds.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment
- Assisting service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner
- Complies with company safety policy at all times
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong initiative
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- High school diploma preferred
- Able to work flexible scheduled when needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regularly reach overhead; be able to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time; be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks; and be able to frequently lift 50 pounds.
