We are looking to hire a Life Enrichment Assistant/Driver to join our team. The Life Enrichment Driver is responsible for driving our senior residents to various outings or appointments. This position will also assist our Director of Life Enrichment with coordinating and facilitating activities and events for residents, both inside and outside the community.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Driving residents in community vehicles to social events, various appointments, and special events
- Encourage resident socialization and participation in activities and events to minimize resident solidarity and promote a positive community environment
- Provide administrative duties to support the Life Enrichment team
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed
- Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Avaliability between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, typically Monday through Friday
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- CDL
- Clean driving record

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The position requires the physical ability to operate an automobile. You will be required to regularly sit for long periods of time, and communicate with residents, staff, family members and the public. Frequent bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is typically confined to the vehicle they are driving, although at times, you may have to work in an office or other indoor settings.
