We are looking to hire a Sales Counselor to join our team. This position is responsible for achieving and maintaining occupancy goals of the community. You will be identifying prospective residents and furnishing them with marketing information about the residence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assists in the organization and preparation of move-in, renewals and the move-out of our residents to ensure that the process is a positive experience
- Successfully manage and foster relationships with third party referral companies/businesses.
- Assists in resolution of resident concerns while always exhibiting excellent customer service
- Schedule of Tuesday through Saturday

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- One-year experience in a related field preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent organization skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light.
