We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Weekend Concierge to join our team at All Seasons Oro Valley. The Weekend Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests during weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with resident inquiries and requests
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with resident events and activities
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work weekends
