Minimum 5 years of experienceStrong Knowledge of all trades - technical trade understanding, building codes, trade sequencingAbility to make a detailed project scheduleAbility to do construction trade layoutsStrong communicatorDigital plan readingCoachable team playerStrong task manager with ability to work without supervisionAble to effectively read and understand construction plans, contracts and specificationsResponsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Daily assistance with management of jobsite and subcontractorsMaintain compliance with OSHA and safety protocolsQualify subcontract change orders and related documentationCompletion of project within scheduled timeframeMake sure project conforms to plans, specifications and quality workmanshipTimely communication of project status, changes, issues, solutionsDaily progress photos and record keepingReviewing plans and blueprintsCoordinate and verify all close out documentsAbout Us
